Jamie L. Pearson | President and Founder

Jamie L. Pearson is a globally recognized executive advisor and strategic consultant with a rare blend of hands-on operational experience and deep industry expertise in both the cannabis and international real estate sectors. As the President and Founder of New Holland Group, she provides high-level guidance to cannabis businesses navigating complex international markets, bridging the gap between culture, regulation and business strategy.

With over 25 years in real estate investment and finance, Jamie has managed operations and relationships for residential and commercial property groups across the United States, Europe and South America. Her pivot to cannabis over a decade ago was driven by a partnership with DJ Muggs of Cypress Hill, acquiring a California cannabis farm in Sonoma County and structuring a groundbreaking CPG deal for the legendary group.

Jamie went on to serve as President and CEO of Bhang Inc. [CSE:BHNG], one of the industry's most recognized cannabis CPG brands, where she led global expansion efforts and strategic licensing deals. Under her leadership, Bhang became the top-selling cannabis chocolate brand in Canada and expanded its footprint worldwide. 

In 2025, she was named Best International Woman of the Year by the International Cannabis Awards and one of Europe’s Most Influential Cannabis Executives by Cannabis Now Magazine. The longtime cannabis culture publication High Times has twice recognized her as one of the Most Influential Women in Cannabis, and in 2022, Cannabis Now featured her as a “Wonder Woman” in their Women of Influence issue. 

A gifted speaker and thought leader, Jamie was invited to present at the Regennabis Conference at the United Nations in 2021 and has been featured on platforms such as The Dales Report and MJBizDaily

Jeanne M. Sullivan | Investor, Advisor, Speaker

Jeanne M. Sullivan is passionate about delivering ideas, information and inspiration to entrepreneurs. A seasoned investor and venture capital pioneer, Jeanne is also a fierce advocate for cannabis reform. 

As the Chief Inspiration Officer of Arcview Ventures, she played a pivotal role in building investment platforms under the Arcview banner, including co-founding the Arcview Collective Fund. Through Arcview’s expansive investor community, she helped drive over $350 million in funding into some of the most recognizable cannabis companies in the industry.

A co-founder of a $400M AUM venture capital firm and longtime tech investor, Jeanne was an early champion of cloud-based computing, internet and technology investments. She now applies that forward-thinking acumen to the cannabis sector, leveraging deep expertise in regulatory landscapes, licensing opportunities and investing. Based in New York City, she is a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and investors, known for making the right connections and opening doors to critical opportunities.

Jeanne is a frequent speaker on cannabis investment strategy, navigating complex regulations and securing funding in the evolving market. She was named one of Business Insider’s “Rising Stars in Cannabis Investing,” and was honored at MJBizCon Las Vegas 2024 for her contributions to the industry. She also received recognition from the New York Hall of Science for her efforts in promoting STEM education and career opportunities.

Richard Sellers

Richard Sellers is an accomplished cannabis industry executive and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience founding, leading, and scaling companies across the cannabis supply chain. He is the founder of three pioneering companies: Bhang, Inc. (2010), where he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development; Alta Supply, Inc. (2015), where he continues to serve as Chief Executive and Financial Officer; and Kaya Management, Inc. (2016), where he held the roles of CEO, CFO, and Director before selling the distribution company to Origin House now Cresco [CSE:CRLBF].

Sellers also held senior leadership roles at Origin House as Vice President of US Operations and Merida Merger Corp. as Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. He played a key role in the SPAC that successfully brought Leafly public, demonstrating his expertise in capital markets and strategic transactions.

With deep consulting experience in supply chain, operations, distribution, and retail, Sellers remains an active advisor in the cannabis space. He currently serves as Owner/General Manager of Cruiser Haven Marina in Concord, California, combining his operational acumen with his passion for boating, service, and community.
